- 2 burger buns
- 4 beef patties
- 1 slice of red onion
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- 4 cucumber slices
- 2 slices of cheese
- Yogurt and red onion sauce
- 1 ceapă roșie mică, tăiată mărunt
- 100 g iaurt natural
- 1 lingură de maioneză (opțional)
- 1 linguriță de oțet balsamic sau oțet de mere

Preparation Method:
Prepare the fries according to the instructions on the packaging.
In a pan, cook the beef patties until nicely browned and fully cooked.
For the yogurt and red onion sauce, mix natural yogurt with mayonnaise (if using), then add a little balsamic vinegar or apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper to taste. Finally, add the finely chopped red onion. Serve separately in a small bowl.
Cut the burger buns in half and lightly toast them.
Assemble the burgers: place a slice of cheese on each bun, then add a beef patty, tomato slices, cucumber, lettuce, and onion. Place the top half of the bun on top and serve alongside the fries.
The yogurt and red onion sauce should be served separately.
