For the fresh salsa:
- chopped tomatoes
- finely chopped red onion
- parsley or coriander
- salt
- a few drops of lemon juice
Preparation Method
Bacon
Fry the bacon in a pan without added oil until crispy. Place it on a paper towel to remove excess fat and set aside.
Fresh Salsa
Mix the chopped tomatoes with the red onion, herbs, a pinch of salt, and a few drops of lemon juice. Let it rest for a few minutes so the flavors can combine.
Preparing the Fries
Do not thaw the product before cooking.
In the oven:
Place a small amount of frozen fries on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 225°C. Cook for 15–20 minutes, turning the fries halfway through cooking.
In the air fryer:
Place the frozen fries in the basket in small portions and cook at 180°C for 14 minutes. Shake or turn the fries halfway through cooking.
Place the hot The Rusty Potatoes Skinny fries in a bowl or on a serving plate.
Sprinkle with crispy bacon, red kidney beans, and sweet corn.
Add the diced tomatoes and red onion.
Pour the warm cheddar sauce over the top.
Finish with freshly chopped parsley or coriander.
